Job summary

GRID COMMUNICATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Operations & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory and procurement, and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners in Singapore.

The role involves tenancy/site management, support for engineering tasks, and handling RMA/warranty processes, with a requirement for a Singapore Class 3 driving license and readiness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in logistics, operations or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory and warehouse management, logistics, tenancy agreement management or related role.
• Experience in inventory management, delivery coordination, and project tracking.
• Experience supporting engineering tasks or maintenance projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with RMA processes and warranty claims is advantageous.
• Experience assisting with basic installations and equipment setups is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Store & Operations Management: oversee daily store ops, maintain cleanliness, schedules, standards.
• Inventory & Procurement: manage inventory records, audits, stock levels, PO and DO.
• Logistics & Shipments: track shipments, coordinate with partners, ensure timely fulfilment.
• Project & Technical Support: assist engineers with maintenance tasks and sourcing materials.
• Tenancy & Site Management: ensure tenancy compliance, update lease records, coordinate site access.
• Equipment & Warranty Handling: manage RMA processes and warranty claims.
• Administration & Reporting: handle filing, reporting, scheduling, and admin tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
