Job summary

ZENO EXHIBITION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Event / Project Coordinator to support our Events & Exhibitions team on upcoming projects through December 2026. You will collaborate with the Project Lead to plan, coordinate and execute multiple events and exhibitions.

The role requires initiative, strong project management, and the ability to independently manage workflows and deliverables. Flexibility to work non-standard hours and support on-site event operations is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification; experience in events, exhibitions, or project admin preferred.
• Ideally min 2 years in event or project management.
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is a plus.
• Clear communication skills for managing clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Project Administration: Maintain timelines, trackers, schedules, floorplans, meeting notes, and action items across concurrent projects.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: Follow up on deliverables, request quotations, perform basic cost comparisons, and manage invoices/documents.
• Logistics & On-Site Support: Assist with artwork checks, printing, deliveries, setup/teardown, staffing, venue access, and post-event teardown/closing.
• Operational Monitoring: Track project deadlines and proactively flag potential issues or missing information.
