Job summary

Knoxx Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive events/Exhibition coordinator to oversee projects from costing to completion. You will coordinate budgets, BOQ, and supplier briefings, ensuring products meet design specs.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Open to candidates with relevant local experience and Singaporean/PR status.

Qualifications

• Diploma in exhibitions or construction management is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in interior construction or events management.
• Good communication skills and meticulous approach are required.
• Team player able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a higher position.
• Singaporean/PR only.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage event and exhibition projects from costing, scheduling, construction, installation to completion.
• Prepare project budget and BOQ (breakdown of quantity).
• Brief suppliers on design specifications of projects.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure fabrication by suppliers are done according to design specifications.
• Monitor work progress on site.
