Job summary

PROCON is seeking an Events Services Executive to support the full lifecycle of experiential marketing campaigns, corporate events, and brand activations. You will develop concepts, coordinate logistics, and maintain client communications to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors. Prior events-related experience is valued, with proficiency in office software and presentation

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline.
• Prior experience or internship supporting events, experiential marketing, public relations, or hospitality operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and maintain close attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive and hands-on approach with a creative mindset and strong interest in brand experiences.
• Proficient in standard office software and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, event proposals, moodboards, and experiential activation ideas aligned with client briefs.
• Coordinate event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, scheduling, and technical requirements to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare meeting materials, track project deliverables, and maintain consistent client communications to support account servicing teams.
• Liaise with vendors and production partners to obtain quotations, compare pricing, and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget standards.
• Provide on-site operational support during event setup, rehearsals, live execution, and tear-down to ensure smooth program flow.
• Conduct trend research, venue scouting, and participate in brainstorming sessions to support new business pitches and proposals.
