Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior experience in community engagement, event coordination, or stakeholder outreach preferred.

About the Role

You’ll handle logistics, publicity, participant outreach, and volunteer coordination, while also providing on-site support during events - including some weekend activities. After each event, you’ll support feedback collation, reporting, and follow-ups to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

What You Will Do

• Assist with post-event feedback collation, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
• Undertake other duties and assignments as directed

What We Are Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; fields such as Communications, Social Sciences, or Event Management preferred
