Job summary

Directions Group Inc. is seeking an Associate Specialist, Curated Experiences to support planning and delivery of brand experiences, community engagement initiatives and integrated marketing campaigns.

You will work with senior team members to coordinate events, activations and partnerships while gaining exposure to experience design and project management. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, curious about luxury brands and consumer experiences, and

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality, Communications or related discipline.
0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
Strong organisational and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate events from planning to execution, including proposals, mood boards and references.
Assist with venue research, supplier briefings, venue coordination and guest communications.
Support post-event reporting, feedback collection and documentation.
Provide on-site support during events and coordinate logistics.
Contribute ideas to campaigns and client presentations.
