Job summary

Directions Group Inc. seeks an Associate Specialist, Curated Experiences to help plan and deliver brand experiences and integrated marketing campaigns in a luxury, lifestyle context.

You’ll work with senior team members to coordinate events, activations and partnerships while gaining exposure to experience design and project management. This early-career role is ideal for highly organized individuals who are eager to learn, can manage multiple projects, and share a passion for luxury consumer

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Events Management, Hospitality or Communications.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Interest in events, luxury brands, consumer marketing and experience design.
• Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events, activations and brand experiences with senior team.
• Assist with proposals, mood boards and creative references.
• Support on-site event operations, RSVP management and guest communications.
• Maintain project trackers and event records; assist with post-event reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors, venues and partners to obtain quotes and timelines.
