Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites meticulous individuals to join our events team in Singapore. The role supports guest list preparation, invites, seating planning for VIPs, and coordination of sponsors and partnerships. Office-based with training provided and potential after-hours involvement.

Working Mon–Fri with events requiring occasional weekends; compensation includes time-off/OT pay. Located near Lavender MRT with salary up to SGD 2,900 per month.

Qualifications

• Possesses minimum a Diploma with background in Events Management or Marketing.
• Meticulous individual able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of invited guests’ lists, sending email invites, collation of RSVPs and replying general enquiries.
• Assist in the planning and ticketing of seating gallery for VIPs and invited guests.
• Assist in the planning and execution of appreciation sessions for sponsors and partners.
• Assist in the sourcing and management of Sponsorship and Partnerships.
• Assist in management of the ticketing system.
• Liaise with the partnering organisations for any ticketing requirements.
