Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Event Program Manager who excels at both strategic content architecture and flawless operational execution. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our event experiences. You will own the entire lifecycle of our programs, from shaping compelling agendas and curation of thought-leadership content to managing the on-site logistics and technical production.

The ideal candidate is a unique blend of a creative storyteller and an organized operator. You know how to build a narrative that engages an audience, and you possess the grit, agility, and project management rigor required to bring that narrative to life seamlessly on the event floor.

Key responsibilities
Content strategy
  • End-to-end content ownership: Design, curate, and structure comprehensive agendas for multi-day corporate conferences, roadshows, and virtual events.
  • Speaker management: Identify, recruit, and brief internal and external C-suite speakers, keynotes, and industry influencers. Coordinate rehearsals and manage speaker deliverables.
  • Session curation: Collaborate with cross-functional subject matter experts to translate complex business objectives into engaging session themes, panels, and workshops.
  • Localization & relevance: Tailor programming and content formats to suit diverse target audiences and regional market nuances.
Event execution
  • Flawless on-Site delivery: Lead the live execution of events, serving as the main point of contact for run-of-show.
  • Vendor & venue management: Source, negotiate with, and manage third-party vendors.
  • Budget accountability: Build, track, and reconcile detailed event budgets, maximizing cost efficiency without compromising experience quality.
Cross-functional collaborations
  • Brand alignment: Partner with internal marketing and creative teams to develop event branding, promotional assets, and digital platforms.
  • Audience acquisition: Support the marketing team in aligning content highlights with promotional campaigns to drive event registrations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event management, content curation, or corporate program operations. Experience spanning both content planning and hands-on logistics is mandatory.
  • Communication skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the presence and confidence to manage relationships with C-level stakeholders and external VIPs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet during live operations, and travel as required for event execution.
