Job summary

SPH Media is seeking an AV and Event Executive to oversee AV operations and manage event logistics for meetings, conferences, and corporate events at the SPH News Centre. The role is a one-year contract with renewal possibilities and requires hands-on AV technology expertise.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal teams, assist with on-site technical support, and ensure smooth delivery of programmes, while maintaining equipment readiness and budget awareness.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in AV Technology, Events Management, Audio Visual Engineering, or related fields.
• Hands-on knowledge of AV equipment setup, calibration, and operation.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate AV systems (sound, projection, lighting, display) in main auditorium, meeting rooms and facilities.
• Manage AV support for meetings, conferences and events, including live streaming and hybrid formats.
• Collaborate with internal teams and event organisers to align AV requirements and event needs.
