Job summary

You will liaise with clients, manage venue setup, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure flawless on-site delivery. The role requires 3–5 years in event planning or operations, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in event planning or event operations.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple events and work under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of audio-visual equipment and event logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events from enquiry to completion.
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate venue setup, logistics, and event operations.
• Supervise event setup, rehearsals, and on-site execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure venues are clean, safe, and ready for events.
• Support audio-visual, lighting, and technical event requirements.
• Resolve operational issues during events and provide timely updates.
• Collect client feedback and prepare post-event reports.
• Maintain event records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and venue regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.
