Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a CX Event Operations Specialist to partner with the Community Experience team and deliver high-quality onsite events and activations at our Singapore campus. This contractor role focuses on executing events from planning through post-event wrap, and includes coordinating with vendors and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in event operations, event production, or a similar role.
• BA/BS in Events Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously from planning through execution.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end operational delivery of onsite events including local cultural moments and end-of-year events.
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, supplier coordination, facilities/AV, catering, signage, and day-of-show execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (AV, security, catering, facilities) to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Maintain the local events calendar, aligned with regional and global CX plans.
• Support the collection of event data, attendee feedback, and post-event retrospectives; surface learnings and improvements.
• Maintain run-of-show templates and process guides for repeatable event formats.
• Support supplier relationships for event services, including briefs, quotes, and on-the-day delivery.
