Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a Corporate Events & Workplace Experience Specialist in Singapore to plan and deliver onsite events and community activities for a large, fast-paced workplace. You will manage logistics, coordinate suppliers, and ensure events run smoothly from planning through post-event review.

The role requires hands-on delivery of multiple events, strong organisational and communication skills, and experience with procurement processes and budget tracking.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in corporate events or related roles.
• Hands-on experience delivering events from planning to execution.
• Experience coordinating suppliers with facilities, catering, AV and security.
• Proficiency with procurement processes, purchase orders and budget tracking.
• Degree in Events Management, Communications, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite events, including cultural celebrations, employee activities and larger annual events.
• Manage event logistics such as venue setup, catering, signage, AV, facilities requirements and event‑day coordination.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to keep events on schedule and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain the events calendar, event plans, run‑of‑show documents and repeatable process guides.
• Gather attendee feedback and event data, and recommend improvements for future events.
• Support supplier onboarding, quotes, purchase requisitions, purchase orders and invoice queries.
• Track event budgets and maintain accurate procurement and spend records.
