This full-time role supports day-to-day coordination, packing, dispatch, and setting up stage equipment across sites, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety standards. You will maintain inventory, process deliveries, and work closely with colleagues to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar operations or logistics role.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good numerical and IT skills, with experience using warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with day-to-day coordination and execution of event setup activities at various sites in Singapore.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Packing and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Receiving and processing incoming deliveries.
• Providing logistical support to the operations team to deliver and setup the stage equipment.
• Adhering to all health, safety and quality standards.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the business to ensure efficient operations.
