Job summary

Aspen Event Planners Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Event Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will oversee the full event management process, from planning and production to on-site execution, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on involvement across multiple events, strong coordination with suppliers and venues, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in event management or event production.
• Knowledge of end-to-end event planning and execution.
• Familiar with event technology, AV and technical production.
• Understanding of event design, fabrication and pavilion/exhibition construction.
• Experience coordinating event logistics, suppliers, venues and manpower.
• Able to manage multiple projects, timelines and budgets.
• Resourceful, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events from planning and production through to on-site execution.
• Coordinate logistics, suppliers, venues and manpower to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage timelines and budgets, monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Be hands-on during events, troubleshooting and problem-solving in real-time.
