Cushman & Wakefield in Singapore is seeking an organised administrator to manage event bookings and schedules, coordinating with internal teams and external hirers. You will ensure accuracy of booking details and maintain documentation and approvals across systems.
The role involves liaising with facilities, security, and vendors to ensure seamless events and resolving issues before, during, or after events. Prior admin or event coordination experience is preferred.
Administer applications for event bookings, including managing event schedules and coordinating with both internal and external hirers.
Ensure all booking details are accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems or trackers.
Handle related administrative tasks such as documentation, approvals and logistics coordination.
Liaise with various stakeholders (e.g., facilities, security, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of events.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise before, during or after the event.
Diploma in Business Administration, Event Management or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in facilities or event coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with scheduling or booking systems.
Prior experience in administrative or event coordination roles is preferred.
