Cushman & Wakefield Singapore is seeking a Community Host to join our Workplace Experience team. You will be the onsite point of contact for a designated zone, delivering high-touch support and ensuring a welcoming, productive environment for employees and visitors.
The role emphasizes space readiness, guest experience, and continuous improvement through VOC insights and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on hospitality and proactive service.
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Community Host to join our Workplace Experience team. As a key member of the onsite account team, you will play a critical role in creating an engaging, productive, and welcoming workplace environment for employees and visitors.
Acting as the dedicated point of contact for an assigned workplace zone or building, you will deliver high-touch support, ensure workspace readiness, and proactively resolve issues before they impact the employee experience. Provide exceptional day-to-day support to employees, visitors, and guests.
Deliver a warm, professional welcome and create positive first impressions.
Assist with workplace navigation, information requests, and employee inquiries.
Serve food and beverages to guests and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Build trusted relationships with employees and key stakeholders across the business.
Handle questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to ensure spaces are fully functional, well-maintained, and employee-ready.
Monitor meeting rooms, offices, collaboration spaces, and common areas to ensure operational excellence.
Proactively identify maintenance issues, repairs, and workplace deficiencies, submitting work orders as required.
Act as the "eyes and ears" of the workplace, identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, wellbeing, and workplace community.
Gather employee feedback and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights through both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Assist in workplace experience audits, employee journey assessments, and service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative workplace solutions.
Follow established escalation procedures and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Educate employees and visitors on workplace services, technology, processes, protocols, and etiquette.
Provide guidance on workplace resources and support channels.
Ensure effective communication of workplace updates and service information.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
Hospitality
Travel and tourism
Customer service
Retail operations
Workplace experience
Real estate services
Co-working environments
Diploma or Degree qualification preferred.
