Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a club or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a passion for providing exceptional members/guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Food Hygiene Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist the F&B Executive/Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the cafe and musical lounge.
• Members Interaction: Provide warm and welcoming service to members and guests, greet, take orders, and address inquiries.
• Reservation Management: Coordinate reservations and manage waitlists to optimize seating and guest experience.
• Service Coordination: Liaise with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely fulfilment of orders and clear communication.
• Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate complex issues as needed.
