Job summary

BYD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Electric Vehicle Trainer to drive sales excellence and workforce development across the organisation. The role involves designing and delivering product and sales training, and conducting NESS trainings in the evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities include maintaining training materials and records, developing materials, and planning monthly schedules. Travel within Singapore is required as needed.

Qualifications

• ACTA/ACLP certification required.
• Diploma in Engineering, Business Admin, or Hospitality.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore when required.

Responsibilities

• Design, source, develop and deliver product and sales training programmes.
• Conduct NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments during evenings or weekends.
• Develop training materials, assessments, role plays and coaching guides.
• Maintain and update training materials, training records, attendance, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports.
• Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans.
