Job summary

Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive BYD and Denza EV sales from the Ubi showroom. The role focuses on lead generation, product presentations, and close collaboration with marketing and aftersales to ensure a smooth customer journey.

You will build strong customer relationships, deliver personalised service from enquiry to post-sale, and aim to exceed monthly targets in a fast-growing EV market in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in automotive, EV preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads and convert enquiries into test drives and closed sales.
• Understand and promote BYD EVs’ selling points, including technology, features, and environmental benefits.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers from enquiry to post-sale.
• Conduct product presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain CRM data.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with marketing and aftersales for a seamless customer journey.
• Keep updated on competitor offerings and EV trends.
• Assist in showroom operations and attend events as required.
