Job summary

BYD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Trainer to drive sales excellence and workforce development across the organisation. The role focuses on designing and delivering product and sales training programs for our EV solutions.

You will run NESS training when assigned, create materials and coaching guides, manage training records, and coordinate monthly development plans. Evening or weekend sessions and travel within Singapore are required.

Qualifications

• ACTA/ACLP certification required.
• Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or Hospitality.
• Willing to travel within Singapore and conduct training during evenings or weekends.

• Design, source, develop and deliver product & sales training programmes.

• Conduct NESS (National EV Specialist Safety) training programmes and assessments when assigned during evenings or weekends.
• Develop training materials, assessments, role plays and coaching guides.

Training Operations

• Maintain & update training materials, training records, attendance, feedback, assessments and evaluation reports.
• Prepare monthly training schedules and development plans.

Requirements

Education

Must have ACTA / ACLP certification.

Diploma qualification in one of the following disciplines:

• Engineering,
• Business Administration,
• Hospitality related.

Skills & Competencies

• Presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Other Requirements

• Willing to travel within Singapore when required.
• Need to conducting training during evenings or weekends.
