Qualifications

• Proven track record in electric or commercial vehicle sales.
• Strong knowledge of reefer trucks and IoT in logistics.
• 7–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Hunter mentality: proactive prospecting, cold calling, closing new business.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Thrives under pressure in fast-paced market.
• Established dealer/distributor/logistics network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country sales strategies aligned with expansion goals.
• Identify, approach, and secure new distributors, dealers, and logistics partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with market dealers and key accounts.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing EV, reefer truck, and IoT advantages.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to refine sales approach.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve country sales targets.
• Provide regular reporting on pipeline, sales performance, and market insights.
