Job summary

Achieve Technology Asia Pacific Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Electric Vehicle Sales Manager to lead a team of 8–12 sales personnel and drive EV sales through coaching, strategy and customer excellence. You will manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery, provide product guidance on EV models and charging solutions, monitor performance and report insights to management.

Minimum 3 years in automotive sales, EV preferred.
Experience leading a sales team of 5+ personnel.
Strong knowledge of EV products, charging solutions and Singapore market.
Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and motivate a team of EV sales personnel to meet targets.
Develop and execute sales strategies for EVs and growth.
Manage full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.
Provide product guidance on EV models, charging, pricing and incentives.
Monitor performance, leads, conversions and follow-up activities.
Train staff on EV product knowledge and closing strategies.
Handle key customers and support negotiations.
Stay updated on EV market trends and industry developments.
Collaborate with banks, insurers, workshops and internal teams for financing and delivery.
Prepare sales reports and update management on performance.
