Job summary

BYD Singapore invites a detail-oriented Sales Admin / Finance Assistant to support distributor management, billing, and customer liaison for BYD commercial vehicles. You will assist in sales administration, credit control, and receivable tracking with the Finance Team.

Fluent Mandarin and English are preferred to liaise with our China HQ, and a degree in any discipline is welcomed. Some project management exposure will be provided, making this a great entry into a growing EV business.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline.
Some experience in Project Management (training will be provided).
Good communication skills.
Good command in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ colleague.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing distributors of BYD commercial vehicles, including sales targets, delivery of vehicles, marketing and homologation of vehicles.
Assist in the appointment of distributors/dealers.
Maintain good relationship & rapport with customers and local authorities.
To assist in Sales Admin.
Assist in business administration, billing and credit control.
Assist in launch events for commercial vehicles, bi-annual LTA Congress & Exhibition and various EV related exhibition and trade fair.
Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.
