Job summary

BYD Singapore is seeking a proactive Account & Sales Support to help drive our electric vehicle business in Singapore. You will support sales operations, coordinate orders, and assist showroom events as part of a fast-growing team.

You will oversee vehicle allocation, inventory planning, delivery coordination, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate sales data.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance or related field.
• At least 1 year of operations experience.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Follow up sales support operations and ensure smooth order processing.
• Oversee vehicle allocation, inventory planning and delivery coordination.
• Monitor order status, production schedules and shipment timelines.
• Ensure sales processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate import/export documents with internal/external teams.
• Prepare basic sales reports and update sales data.
• Organize and maintain sales files and documentation.
• Support showroom events, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Perform general administrative duties and ad hoc tasks.
