Job summary

REV Ecodrive PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Sales Assistant to support selling commercial vehicles in Singapore.

You will work with management on sales enquiries and serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the sales process, with potential to move into a full sales role. You will qualify and close leads, prepare quotations, and stay updated on EV trends and policies to advise clients. This role requires a class 3 license and strong English skills, with Mandarin preferred for

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin helpful for principal.
• Self-driven, meticulous and resilient; strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and close sales leads; build rapport for long-term clients.
• Be main contact for customers through quotation, test drive, negotiation, and closing.
• Assist in paperwork and admin; create presentation materials and collaterals.
• Familiar with vehicle offerings; recommend based on client needs.
• Stay updated on EV news, grants and policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and keep the sales database current.

REV Ecodrive is a pioneer in the Singapore EV scene. We are the authorised dealer for BYD vans and buses. Our line also includes commercial vans, buses and lorries across multiple brands. We are currently seeking a driven Sales Assistant to assist in selling various types of commercial vehicles. You will work alongside the Management in sales enquiries and be a leading point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales process. You will get the opportunity to advance into a full sales role if preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify and close sales leads passed to you. Build rapport for long term client retention
• Work closely with the management to close deals. Be the main point of contact for customers in the entire sales process – quotation, test driving, deal negotiation, closing.
• Assist in completing paperwork, admin; create presentation materials, marketing collaterals.
• Be familiar with vehicle offerings to make suitable recommendations based on client needs.
• Stay updated with competitors' news, EV news and regulations, grants and policies.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and ensure the sales database is up to date.

Requirements:

• 2 years of sales experience
• Possesses a Diploma or Degree in any field
• Possesses a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Fluent command of spoken and written English to interact professionally with business owners and managers. Able to converse in Mandarin with our principal.
• Self-driven, independent, meticulous, resourceful, resilient, with strong interpersonal skills
