Job summary

BYD Singapore is seeking a Project Manager, Commercial Sales - Trucks to help drive distributor management, invoicing, and event support. The role focuses on coordinating with distributors, ensuring sales targets, and liaising with China HQ for Mandarin-English communication.

The ideal candidate will have a degree, some project management exposure, and strong communication skills. Training will be provided to the right candidate in a fast-growing automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Some experience in Project Management, although training will be provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Good command in Mandarin and English to liaise with China HQ colleague.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing distributors of BYD commercial vehicles, including sales targets, vehicle delivery, marketing and homologation.
• Assist in appointment of distributors/dealers.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and local authorities.
• Assist in Sales Admin and in business administration, billing and credit control.
• Prepare sales invoices and issue payment vouchers; monitor overdue payments and receivables.
• Support in launch events for commercial vehicles and EV-related exhibitions.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
