Achieve Group is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive (EV Charging) to support growth in EV charging infrastructure, energy storage and battery-swapping solutions. You will identify new opportunities, originate viable projects and establish partnerships across the wider clean-energy ecosystem.

Responsibilities include leading commercial discussions, developing business cases, monitoring market trends and regulatory developments, and maintaining a robust development

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least two years in business development, marketing or similar in EV charging/energy sectors.
• Good understanding of EV charging tech, lifecycle and commercial models.
• Strong commercial judgment with experience in opportunity assessment and contract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent, proactive, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across EV charging infra, energy storage and battery-swapping.
• Support business planning and market-entry strategies to expand energy solutions.
• Develop commercially viable proposals, financial assessments and business cases.
• Build relationships with regulators, customers, suppliers, operators and partners.
• Lead commercial discussions, negotiations and contracts.
• Monitor regulatory trends, competitors and emerging tech for opportunities and risks.
• Maintain BD pipeline and provide project updates and market reports.
