Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Singapore seeks a skilled Workplace Infrastructure professional to lead and deliver end-to-end infrastructure services. You will manage operating systems, device lifecycle with Autopilot and Intune/SCCM, and oversee Citrix VAD/VDI environments with monitoring tools.

Further responsibilities include implementing Entra IAM, modern authentication, SSO, MFA, and AD-based security with LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, and OAuth 2.0 in aviation IT contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace infrastructure services.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Autopilot, and Intune/SCCM co-management.
• Experience with Citrix VAD/VDI and monitoring tools like ControlUp/Citrix Analytics.
• Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Citrix NetScaler, MDT, Intune, Nutanix HCI.
• Expertise in MS Entra IAM, modern authentication, SSO and MFA.
• Expertise in Active Directory, SSO, 2FA, Encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS, SAML 2.0, OpenID, OAuth 2.0.
• Knowledge of the Aviation domain and airline IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktops and VDI environments with monitoring tools.
• Solutioning and management of Workspace ONE, NetScaler, MDT, and Nutanix HCI.
• Implement MS Entra IAM, modern auth, SSO and MFA for secure access.
• Administer AD, SSO, 2FA, encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS, SAML, OpenID and OAuth 2.0.
• Apply knowledge of aviation IT environments to projects.

• Expertise in Active Directory, Single Sign-On, 2 Factor Authentication, Encryption, LDAP/LDAPS, RADIUS protocol, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect and OAuth 2.0.
