Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to manage a team of maintenance staff in wafer fabrication. You will drive maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, yield, and throughput while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong troubleshooting skills, and collaboration with Production and Engineering to translate needs into actionable maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industry.
• Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a maintenance team to optimise cost per wafer, equipment reliability, yield and throughput.
• Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools for Maintenance Specialists and Line Support staff.
• Translate Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and drive targets across manufacturing parameters.

Your Skills & Experiences

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial
• Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, reliability improvement, and operational excellence.
