Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform equipment installation and ensure safety and quality adherence.
  • Carry out corrective maintenance for equipment reliability.
  • Supervise maintenance tasks to specifications.
  • Implement equipment improvement and reliability programs.
  • Liaise with vendors for equipment servicing.

Skills

Experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab cleanroom equipment
Good Team player
Good communication with Peers

Education

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

Responsibilities
  • Perform and follow up Equipment installation of new and transferred equipment and ensure its adherence to safety, schedule, quality and ecology specification.
  • Perform and follow up corrective maintenance to ensure Equipment are operating within specification and expected reliability.
  • Supervise, in the capacity of Tool Owner, to ensure designated tasks are performance according to specification.
  • Perform and follow up with schedule preventive maintenance and calibration program and ensure that it is performed in adherence to documented working procedures and in a timely manner.
  • Implement, recommend and follow up on equipment improvement and reliability program, to ensure it achieved expected results.
  • Carry out and recommend action plans to reduce cost of equipment maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with Equipment Vendors and third Party Suppliers in procuring necessary parts to carry out installation and servicing of Equipment.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
  • Diploma in the relevant Engineering field with experience can also be considered
  • Experience in Semiconductor / Wafer Fab cleanroom equipment will be an advantage
  • Experience in Wafer Prober will be preferred
  • Good Team player, positive working attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good communication with Peers
