Job summary

STMicroelectronics in Singapore is seeking a Maintenance Group Lead to optimize cost per wafer, improve equipment reliability and throughput in the wafer fabrication area.

You will plan, organize and deliver technical support on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support teams, translating production needs into actionable maintenance tasks to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years in Wafer Fabrication.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional coordination.

YOUR ROLE

• A) Working independently, accountable to manage and lead a group of Maintenance staffs in achieving the best possible maintenance cost per wafer, equipment reliability, wafer fab yield and throughput parameters.
• B) Plan, organize and implement technical support and expertise on specific tools to Maintenance Specialist and Line Support staffs.
• C) Translates the requirements of Production and Engineering needs into maintenance tasks and work closely with them to achieve the overall committed targets in all aspects of manufacturing parameters.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Degree in Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of Wafer Fabrication Industrial
• Familiar with LAM Rainbow, 4520XLE, Exelan HPT or AMAT SuperE Tools Set
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Good coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost control, reliability improvement, and operational excellence.
• Leadership capability to coach, support, and develop maintenance staff.
