Job summary

Jurong-Clementi-Bukit Batok Town Council is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to lead a team responsible for the management and maintenance of common properties within HDB estates in Singapore.

In this role you will ensure compliance with safety, building, and statutory regulations, manage budgets, oversee estate operations, and coordinate with Town Councillors, residents, and government agencies to address feedback and drive improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building/Real Estate/Facility Management or related qualifications.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with estate management and township properties is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and manage a team overseeing the management and maintenance of common properties within HDB estates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, building, and statutory regulations.
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and arrears management.
• Handle and coordinate insurance claims related to property damage and incidents.
• Work closely with Town Councillors, residents, grassroots organisations, and government agencies.
• Participate in and support Town Council and Committee meetings.
• Oversee estate operations, maintenance programmes, and improvement works.
• Ensure timely resolution of residents’ feedback and issues.
