Job summary

Hoya Surgical Optics, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Business Readiness Lead to coordinate the ERP transformation program end-to-end.

You will translate program direction into detailed plans, align owners, and drive actions across testing, data, training, local deployment, cutover and hypercare. You will maintain a disciplined execution cadence with clear ownership, escalate readiness risks, and deliver decision-ready information to governance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in business transformation, program delivery or readiness.
• Experience coordinating readiness for complex ERP transformations.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated business-readiness plan across all workstreams.
• Run day-to-day execution across workstreams; ensure ownership and overdue actions are addressed.
• Maintain an integrated view of risks, issues, decisions and dependencies with clear escalation.
• Coordinate testing, data readiness, training, cutover and stabilization activities.
• Prepare governance-ready readiness evidence and decision materials.
