Job summary

Oracle Health & Life Sciences is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to lead complex pre-sales opportunities across ASEAN, focusing on Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX. You will build trusted relationships, shape solution roadmaps, and demonstrate measurable business value.

Travel across the ASEAN region is expected; this hybrid role combines customer engagement, regional collaboration, and office-based work.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or a comparable role.
• Experience supporting healthcare and/or life sciences customers.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX.
• Ability to lead multi-pillar solutions (ERP, EPM, SCM, CX/HCM).
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Knowledge of sales methodologies and customer journey mapping is a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience is desirable.

• Drive complex opportunities and shape innovative solution roadmaps.
• Demonstrate measurable business value and build trusted relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with regional teams and Sales to grow the pipeline.
• Translate customer needs into clear, value-led Oracle Fusion solutions.
