Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience in a large consulting environment.
• Experience leading multi-pillar global finance transformation with ERP/EPM systems (Oracle or Workday).
• Strong PM methodologies, tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Analytical and decision-making abilities; scope/schedule/budget control.
• Experience in risk management and change management.
• Comfort working in a matrix leadership organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to closure within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with clients and stakeholders.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with client expectations.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage resources, forecasting, and budgeting variances.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and provide leadership and support.
• Conduct reviews and lessons learned to identify improvements and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to PM methodologies, processes and quality standards.
• Lead ERP/EPM projects (Oracle/Workday); Oracle Cloud experience a plus.
• Operate effectively within a matrix leadership organization across functions/geographies.
