HOYA Surgical Optics, Inc. seeks a seasoned Governance and Portfolio Manager to drive governance standards, portfolio visibility, and delivery of strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure initiatives meet scope, timelines, budget, and quality targets.

You will partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives, assess risks, and design practical future‑state processes, operating models, and implementation approaches in a healthcare‑tech setting.

• Proven track record in healthcare/regulated environments is a plus.
