Job summary

ResMed Inc. is seeking an experienced Enterprise Planning Product Leader to own the strategy and roadmap for demand, supply planning and IBP across a global manufacturing network.

You will align business outcomes with platform priorities, guiding releases and backlogs while balancing value, risk and compliance. You will own technology decisions across o9, Oracle and data integrations, ensuring data quality and end-to-end solution health.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise technology products and platforms.
• Experience owning an enterprise technology product through implementation and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of enterprise planning.
• Experience with o9 Solutions or Kinaxis, SAP IBP or Blue Yonder.
• Ability translate business outcomes into technical roadmaps, backlogs and delivery priorities.
• Strong understanding of integration with ERP, data and enterprise technology landscapes.
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP or comparable platforms.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators and managed service providers.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing, medical device or related quality-controlled environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering/Supply Chain or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical product vision, roadmap and priorities across demand planning, supply planning and IBP.
• Translate business outcomes into product scope, releases and delivery backlogs.
• Balance value, planning effectiveness, risk, compliance and technical health.
• Define capability siting across o9, Oracle, ERP, data and integrations.
• Ensure data quality, lineage and monitoring are designed into the product.
• Prioritize backlog across new capabilities, defects, data and technical debt.
• Lead architecture, security, quality and compliance guardrails.
• Guide product from discovery to deployment and transition to support.
• Assess product readiness and make go/no-go release decisions.
• Partner with vendors and managed service providers for integration partnerships.
• Champion global standards, reuse, product thinking and evidence-based decisions.
• Lead strategic technology relationships with platform providers.
