Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent administrative assistant to support production administration, order processing, and ERP data entry in Singapore.

You will coordinate with planners, production teams and customers on orders, packaging, loading and delivery arrangements, and prepare shipping documentation. The role requires at least secondary education, 1+ year of relevant experience, and proficiency with MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of administrative or related work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support production administration by updating inventory, receiving, production records, work orders, batch orders, production hours, and work order statuses in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with planners, production teams, and external customers on order processing, production requirements, packaging, loading, and delivery arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes, and customer order records.
• Arrange courier shipments and handle administrative communication through emails and phone calls.
• Perform accurate data entry, filing, and general administrative duties while ensuring proper documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.
