- Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key ERP expert, providing system support, governance, and continuous improvement across Finance and SCM modules.
- Manage ERP configurations, enhancements, upgrades, and new module implementations.
- Oversee ERP integrations and ensure seamless connectivity with related systems.
- Manage ERP vendors and support partners, ensuring timely issue resolution and service quality.
- Administer ERP environments, system updates, licensing, security, and disaster recovery processes.
- Drive ERP standardization across multiple entities and regional operations.
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions and support operational needs.
- Maintain system documentation, user access controls, compliance requirements, and change management processes.
