Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an ERP expert to deliver system governance and continuous improvement across Finance and SCM modules. You will drive configurations, upgrades, and new module implementations while ensuring seamless integrations with related systems.

The successful candidate will manage ERP vendors, maintain documentation, and support multi-entity operations. Mandarin proficiency is a plus for regional coordination in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years ERP experience covering functional and technical responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge across Finance, Supply Chain, and related processes.
• Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and enhancements.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of ERP experience covering both functional and technical responsibilities; Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge across core ERP functions, including Finance, Supply Chain, and related business processes.
• Hands-on experience in ERP configuration, workflows, data management, and system enhancements.
• Proven experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and module rollouts from requirements gathering through go-live.
• Exposure to multi-entity and multi-country ERP environments, including intercompany processes and system integrations.
• Experience managing ERP vendors or managed service providers and overseeing service delivery.
• Ability to bridge business and IT teams by translating requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience creating user documentation, conducting training, and supporting user adoption.
• Familiar with IT governance, change management, and system documentation best practices.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Mandarin to support communication with regional stakeholders.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an added advantage.
