Job summary

Synergix Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Functional Consultant to support pre-sales activities, ERP implementation, user training, and customer success. The role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and system adoption.

Qualifications

Customer-focused mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience in ERP implementation, software consulting, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and applying them in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support including requirement analysis, product demonstrations, and sales support.
Prepare demo databases, mock scenarios, and proofs of concepts to show product capability.
Lead project kick-off meetings and present plans, schedules, training plans, and contacts.
Conduct implementation sessions, identify gaps, and document business requirements.
Deliver end-user training and assist with documents like quotations, POs, and invoices.
Monitor tasks, billing, and invoicing through live run.
