Conceptualize and design user-friendly interfaces.
Prepare detailed specifications, design documents and test cases.
Manage scope of work and project schedule with clients.
Train clients on ERP software solutions discussed.
Ensure successful live run of all assigned clients.
Carry out post-implementation support.
