Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with major ETRM/CTRM platforms, including at least 8 years of hands-on Endur development.
• Strong Endur scripting and development expertise (OpenJVS/JVS).
• Experience across software lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, production support.
• Experience in major ETRM implementations, upgrades, migrations, or transformations.
• Working knowledge of commodity trading and the ETRM lifecycle.
• Strong structured problem-solving and engineering judgement.
• Exposure to ASPECT or other ETRM/CTRM platforms; willingness to learn Aspect.
• Experience with automation, data engineering, cloud services, AI/ML is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimisation of enterprise IT systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure system security, compliance, and data integrity across all platforms.
• Oversee and manage technical teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time.
• Identify and resolve IT-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or enhancements as needed.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and end-users.
