Job summary

Choon Huat Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT/ERP specialist to lead migrations to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, build AI-enabled workflows, and drive automation across the organization. You will collaborate with ERP vendors, internal users and management to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

You will develop BI dashboards, model data, and ensure data quality, accessible reporting, and cross-application integration across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Analytics/CS or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Python and SQL or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with ERP vendors, internal stakeholders and department users.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, UAT and issue tracking.
• Support post-migration troubleshooting, user adoption, and improvements.
• Explore and implement AI applications using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude.
• Develop AI-powered workflows for document processing, knowledge retrieval and reporting.
• Design, develop and maintain automated Power Automate workflows and integrate across apps.
