Job summary

Choon Huat Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT/ERP specialist to lead migrations to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, build AI-enabled workflows, and drive automation across the organization. You will collaborate with ERP vendors, internal users and management to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

You will develop BI dashboards, model data, and ensure data quality, accessible reporting, and cross-application integration across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Analytics/CS or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Python and SQL or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Migration to SaaS

• Coordinate with ERP vendors, internal stakeholders and department users.

• Assist with data migration, cleansing, validation, user acceptance testing (UAT) and issue tracking.

• Support post-migration troubleshooting, user adoption and continuous system improvements.

2. AI and Agentic Workflow Development

• Explore and implement practical AI applications using tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude and other approved platforms.

• Assist in developing AI-powered workflows for document processing, internal knowledge retrieval, reporting and administrative tasks.

• Document AI workflows and support adoption by business users.

3. Workflow Automation and Process Improvement

• Identify repetitive manual processes and opportunities for digitalization.

• Design, develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and related tools.

• Integrate workflows across Business Central, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook and other business applications.

4. Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.

• Extract, clean, transform and model business data from ERP and other sources.

• Improve data quality, consistency, accessibility and reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Analytics, Computer Science & related discipline.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Python, SQL or equivalent data and automation tools.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Interest in business processes, enterprise systems and AI applications.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system.

• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, SQL and basic system integrations.

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI APIs or agentic workflows.
