H.K.L. Scaffolding & Formwork Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an hands-on AI & Digital Transformation Executive to lead SAP/ERP upgrades and automation initiatives across Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance and HR.

You will coordinate vendors, users and project activities, develop the transformation roadmap, manage budgets and risks, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency and data accuracy company-wide.

Formación

• 3–5 years of ERP implementation, IT projects, digitalisation or automation.
• Experience supporting ERP, inventory or warehouse software deployments with UAT or data migration.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, system integration and automation tech.
• Strong coordination, documentation, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and ERP in construction/equipment rental ops is a plus.

About the Role

We are an established Singapore scaffolding company seeking a hands‑on and driven AI & Digital Transformation Executive to lead the company‑wide upgrade and integration of SAP/ERP and other business applications, including practical AI and automation initiatives. You will coordinate users, vendors and project activities across Sales, Rental, Warehouse, Logistics, Projects, Operations,Finance and HR. The role is suitable for a capable executive with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI, digitalisation, automation and business transformation projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and development to implementation and successful deployment
• Develop the digital transformation roadmap, project schedules, budgets, risk logs and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors and departments to identify operational challenges, assess business requirements and develop practical technology solutions that improve efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate information, meetings, deliverables and approvals with software vendors and System Integrators (SIs)
• Map current workflows and identify duplication, manual work and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Work with departments to document future processes for rental, inventory, logistics, manpower and project costing.
• Manage configuration, integration, data cleansing and migration, testing, UAT and go‑live preparation for selected applications
• Gather user requirements and coordinate training, communications, user feedback and drive adoption across departments.
• Prepare user guides, SOPs and implementation updates.
• Assist with dashboards, reporting, AI use cases and workflow automation; coordinate issue tracking and resolution.
• Escalate solutions that do not meet business requirements; monitor vendor commitments
• Track milestones, action items, productivity gains, cost savings, quality improvements and reduced lead times, project benefits and dependencies; highlight delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, change logs, access‑control records and testing evidence.
• Support data accuracy, cybersecurity, PDPA compliance and post‑implementation reviews.
• Research emerging AI and digital technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to real business challenges
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports, updates and recommendations to Management and key stakeholders
  

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology,Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, IT projects, digitalisation, systems support, process improvement or automation.
• Experience supporting at least one ERP, inventory, warehouse, rental or enterprise software implementation, includingUAT or data migration.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, system integration and automation technologies
• Strong project management, coordination, documentation, analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, construction/equipment-rental operations is advantageous, not compulsory.
