Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with min. 4 years in an Operations role.
• Experience in global investment bank and Equity Derivatives Swaps product knowledge and client service experience.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and allocation processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Allocate equity swap trades and manage lifecycle from execution to allocation.
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies; monitor unmatched trades.
• Support client onboarding, trade setup, and confirmations.
• Maintain strong operational controls and perform root-cause analysis.
• Partner with Trading, Technology, and Control teams to service post-trade execution and settlement.
