Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client-related functions including trade allocations, amendments, client queries and reporting within timelines.
• Oversee swap trade allocations, investigate breaks and resolve exceptions.
• Perform cash trade matching and settlement activities with a focus on risk and control.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive engagement and service delivery.
• Partner with global stakeholders to address client needs and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency through root cause analysis and enhancements.
• Participate in straight through processing initiatives and system enhancements.
• Adhere to controls and escalate risks to management promptly.
