Job summary

Fuku in Singapore seeks an Equity Derivatives Operations Analyst to support Wealth Management clients and front-office teams. You will ensure timely settlement processing, trade confirmations, and lifecycle management for Equity/OTC derivatives, working with counterparties and brokers.

Responsibilities include matching and verifying trade confirmations, processing settlements and fixing events, and creating SWIFT payments.

Qualifications

• One year of back office or support experience.
• Strong collaboration with team and stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and client focus.
• Adaptable to changes in processes and requirements.
• Open to fresh graduates with intermediate Excel VBA scripting.
• Degree in Business or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Process Equity/OTC derivatives across various instruments and lifecycle events.
• Match, sort and verify trade confirmations; resolve discrepancies with desks.
• Monitor fixing events and settlements for options and swaps.
• Create SWIFT payments; investigate nostro and reconciliation breaks.
• Monitor short sell positions; maintain daily control reports.
• Update waiver files and obtain proper approvals for special waivers.
• Maintain internal master records for trades, exercises, knock-outs, expiries.
• Attend to queries from front office, advisory desk, and counterparties.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing and ad-hoc projects.
• Check confirmations; follow up on non-receipt from counterparties.
• Prepare manual confirmations and client advice.
• Monitor daily margins for Listed Options at custodian level.
